Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns within 2 weeks of delivery.

If you would like to return an item, if something arrived damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us at daniel.proulx@hotmail.com and we will help you.

Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost whenever a replacement is available. If we cannot provide a replacement, we will issue a refund.

If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether the timeframe is realistic.
