More complex items such as custom or made to order designs can take longer to ship, the turnaround will be indicated on your invoice. Alert: USPS, Ascendia, Canada Post and most shipping companies are experiencing unprecedented package increases, temporary suspensions and interruptions due to airline restrictions into certain areas and limited employee availability due to the impacts of covid-19. We appreciate your patience.
Estimated shipping times UK / EU and worldwide:
*Please note Due to COVID-19 there has been delays on shipment worldwide. While shipping to USA and Canada can be slightly delayed. Shipping to Europe/UK will take several more weeks to arrive especially during the holidays. Shipping to Europe/UK can sometime take more than 30 days to arrive, If a package shipped to Europe/UK has not arrived after 45 days from the shipping date, please contact us and we will open an investigation. Claims cannot be opened before 45 days from the shipping date. Except for Italy ( 60 Days ). Shipping UK/EU and worldwide is with Ascendia. Most shipment will transit from Canada to USA before they are transferred to Ascendia ( Switzerland ). The final delivery will be completed by the local postal organization or courrier. For Example, in the UK, Royal Mail will handle the final delivery.
*Shipping to USA and Canada. We had numerous reports of packages stuck in the same location for 3 weeks and sometime more. As long as the shipping company considers the package as arriving late or in transit, it is not considered lost. This is a widespread issue affecting the majority of shipments and we appreciate your patience.
** Please note packages shipped to Germany or Italy can often take longer due to strict customs.
Insurance for loss.:
Due to the shipping delays caused by the pandemic, The insurance has updated their policies as follow.
For Europe/UK except Italy ( 60 days) , claims can only be opened 45 days from the shipping date and if there are no recent updates showing the package is still on it's way. If there are no recent updates after 45 days we will open an investigation, If after investigating the whereabouts the shipment is declared lost we will open a claim, send a replacement or a refund. If the shipping company confirms the package is still on it's way, we appreciate your patience until the delivery is completed. Please contact us no later than 75 days after the order was shipped, after 75 days the insurance is void.
* In the event of an incorrect address entered at the time of purchase, Buyers are responsible for the return shipping fees from the carrier. From the destination to the returned address (if applicable) in addition to the shipping fees to reship the order.
Lost or stolen after delivery.:
* In most case we cannot not provide a replacement or refund when the tracking information shows the package has been delivered successfully. Please contact us and we will open an investigation, the package could have been scanned in error but it is extremely rare. We recommend to verify with neighbors as most of the packages that are not found after delivery have been mistakenly delivered to
Tax and duties.:
* Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Small item are sent into a Protective Bubble Mailer. Larger item are sent in boxes with protective Protective Packaging. We try to use recycled package whenever possible.
