We ship from Quebec, Canada. We currently ship to a selection of countries, and available shipping destinations will be shown during checkout. If your country is not available, please contact us and we will let you know whether another option may be available.

Free shipping & PO Boxes

Free shipping offers do not apply to PO Box addresses. If a PO Box address is used, we may contact you for an alternative delivery address or additional shipping payment before dispatch.

Processing

Dice set orders are typically prepared and shipped within an estimated 1 to 3 business days of purchase.

Orders that include a dice box, whether dice and box or a box on its own, are typically prepared and shipped within an estimated 1 to 4 business days.

These preparation times are estimates, not guarantees.

Sculptures typically require 1 to 2 weeks of preparation time.

August closure

We close for the first two weeks of August each year. Orders placed shortly before or during that period may require approximately 2 to 3 weeks to ship.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

International orders

We ship from Canada. Depending on your country, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and may be the responsibility of the customer.

For orders shipped to the United States, we handle any applicable import charges through our customs broker, so you will not have additional import fees to pay on delivery.
