Questions about an order, a dice set, or something you would like made? Send us a message using the form below and we will get back to you, usually within 1 to 2 working days. We answer our own email — you will be talking to the person who makes and packs your order.

Ordering for a specific date? Please message us before you place the order so we can confirm it is possible. We would rather tell you honestly that a date cannot be met than take the order and disappoint you.

Something wrong with an order? Tell us here first. A late parcel, a damaged item or the wrong variant is almost always something we can fix quickly and directly.

Note: we close for the first two weeks of August each year, and orders placed just before or during that period can take 2 to 3 weeks to ship. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
