Description
Sacred Opal is a large hand-poured sharp-edge resin D20 life counter made of clear resin filled with iridescent opal-like foil that shifts from pink to gold to green, finished with gold numbering.
This is a countdown die, not a standard D20. On a regular D20 the numbers are scattered so that opposite faces add up to 21, which balances the roll but makes it slow to find the next number. On this life counter the numbers are laid out in sequence around the die: 20 sits next to 19, 19 next to 18, and so on down to 1. To lose a point of life, just tip the die one face over. It's built for tracking Magic: The Gathering and Commander life totals, hit points, or spell slots, and it is not meant to be rolled for random results.
Every face is hand-polished, giving the sharp edges a glass-like clarity that lets the foil catch the light from every angle.
